Consider adding these to your day

We all live in a rush world where we find it hard to find the time for ourselves. It is easy to put our needs last whilst we deal with all our to do lists first.

Take some time to be you.

Take 5 minutes for yourself. Be seated -, no mobiles just you. Breathe softly - let go, take few more breaths - sit gently within yourself - let go for a while all the things you need to achieve today - be yourself - ask all of your energies scattered around to come back to you - be in your body - be still - Breathe - Now tune into your soul and be still. - Take few more breaths and come back gently into reality. - Ground yourself to the Earth by tapping your feet on the ground or visualise roots coming down from your feet like a tree - this will help you to feel less spaced out before getting up from your seat

Be kind to another - a smile - a kind gesture goes a long way - give way to a stranger in traffic and make their day

Tune into nature - listen to bird song, focus on a tree, watch the flutter of a Butterfly, watch a Bumble Bee flying flower to flower, absorb the scents of the season - focus on a flower really see how it is composed - the colours - the textures - number of petals - shape - size - whole new world will open up - once you begin to focus on nature the list is endless

See the freedom that nature exists in

Try changing the colour of your clothes for the day from dark tones to more softer vibrant colours - notice if you can feel the difference

Catch the first glimpse of the sun - early mornings have a very special vibrations.  


Walk barefoot where it is safe to do so in nature for a short time - investigate the subject matter of 'Earthing' and it's benefit to your health

Be kind to nature - we all have equal rights to occupy this land - we are just borrowing the land we occupy for a very short period of time

If possible try to introduce organic food into your diet - for your benefit and the benefit of nature

Consider spending some time nurturing nature - nature will nurture you right back consider feeding the birds if you have a garden, scatter some wild flower seeds - plant a tree, some fruit trees, some berry bushes for the birds in winter - there so much we can do in some small way that will benefit us but also nature around us - every small action NOW counts - Nature desperately needs us to step forward and Act


We all know that the Earth needs our help - consider changing something in your daily life that will benefit something greater than yourself - buy less - throw away less - ask where your wood originates from before purchasing - consider using less resources - consider what happens to all the rubbish that is thrown away, where does it all go? We have to be the change that we wish to see in the world - We All Can Act and Together Our Action Can Make A Difference


Consider giving Gratitude to your food before eating. You will begin to appreciate how much effort goes into your food for it to be on your plate. The Earth which have given the abundance, the farmers who takes all the risks with the climate change in order to produce our food,

Consider the following short prayer of gratitude - Gratitude for

  • Mother Earth for producing such abundance for you 
  • Farmers, who have taken all the risks to produce food with climate changes and all that entails 
  • Those who have picked and cleaned and packaged and made your food
  • Animals who have given their lives to feed you
  • Hens who have given the eggs 
  • Cows that have given the milk 
  • Fish that given their lives 
  • Abundance of wealth you have to buy the food 
  • Finally place hands above your food if possible and you will feel a vibration flowing from your hands bless your food with love vitality and vibrancy

This small gesture can be completed in silence, what you begin to appreciate is how many events have to take place before the food is finally on your plate in front of you to enjoy. You will eat slower and more mindfully and you may find that you have a deep resonance to what you are eating.

Finally remind yourself Daily - We all come here for a specific period of time; none of us live forever - Enjoy this beautiful time on Earth - Observe how truly beautiful the Earth is - And how lucky you are to be here - To experience this Magic - Look after it for the next generation to come

We can only take our soul back with us - all that we have accumulated in various forms have all got to be left behind

No matter how your life seems to be NOW….. Affirm that you are here to enjoy the experience and make a consciousness effort to do so….Let go, Forgive those who may have done the most hideous things to you - this is the best form of healing you could ever experience.
