Once I have received the payment notification, I will send you a Zoom Link via an email to confirm joining instructions. Please ensure the device you are joining with have your name on it so that I may identify you with the payment made. I will also need you to be visible during the session which means you will need to leave the camera turned on whilst being seated during the meditation.

Please join at 7.15 PM to avoid interruptions to the group, once the session has started you will not be able to join.

If you are unable to attend please give 24 hours notice for full refund otherwise full payment will be due.
